+# Red sheep implementation plan
+
+Goal: implement the approved four-color sheep using Blender MCP, with a rear third-person camera, waving, and sunrise prayer.
+
+Architecture: keep the existing observer camera as the walking/astronomy anchor; render through a separate following camera. Export a hierarchical GLB from a dedicated Blender scene. Animate named limb pivots in Three.js without adding dependencies.
+
+Design: approved concept in the conversation. Three-head proportions, vermilion wool, cream face, dark horns/outline and gold sunrise emblem. Existing terrain and walking constraints remain authoritative. Prayer window is an implementation default: inclusive five minutes before/after computed sunrise, based on the selected simulation time. Movement cancels emotes. Prayer faces the sun; wave lasts three seconds.

Independent review found stale overview buttons and walking-to-idle render invalidation; both corrected.
